From Feb. 3 to Feb. 9, the Buffer Pool recorded a net inflow of 1,903 ETH. Liquidity conditions continue to remain stable, with strong user participation continuing from the Bybit On-Chain Earn side, with 100.43K+ mETH cumulative new mETH mints since the campaign’s launch.
On the validator side, 242 validator requests were created this week, with 1,197 validators currently waiting in queue to be created. Due to the size of this queue, APY will be temporarily impacted due to rolling yield calculations, and staking yield is expected to normalize as the activation backlog clears in grouped batches over the next few months.

About Our Buffer Pool Upgrade:
The Buffer Pool upgrade allocates ~20% of protocol TVL to Aave as ETH supply, earning interest in addition to native ETH staking yield. This design uses Aave as a liquid backstop for the Buffer Pool, supporting efficient mETH-to-ETH redemptions, typically within ~24 hours under normal conditions.
